Foothill Flying Club (FFC) is a private club that presents it’s invited members the opportunity to rent the Club’s aircraft for an hourly, wet rate and enjoy the amenities of the Club’s private pilot’s lounge next door to the world famous “Maniac Mike’s Café”, here at Cable Airport. The lounge will have a HD TV, DVD player and computer learning center with online scheduling, weather computer and flight planning zone, plenty of comfortable lounge-around chairs, and a great view of the runway and Mt Baldy. Several Foothill Flying Club members are professional, Certified Flight Instructors and offer their services to Club Members. Club members can earl their Sport Pilot, Private Pilot, Commercial, Instrument, and Flight Instructor Pilot ratings right here at Cable Airport. We offer multi engine training and tail dragger training. In addition, you can join our antique aircraft appreciation course, a war bird training course, and Glider/Soaring excursions.
